Cant finish on a white they say. A surprise last min addition to the SJ Wine portfolio. Handpicked slightly riper from the flats of Barossa Valley, desteamed and naturally fermented on whole berries. Once dry, sealed up with the cap worked a little to extract those little goodies. 30 days on skins, gently pressed to neutral French oak hogheads with new oak heads. Bottled unfined and unfiltered after 12 months.
