2026 Pét Nat Rose, Barossa Valley

Barossa Rose Pét Nat

Semillon fruit first to come in for V26. Grapes pressed with juice cold settled over night. Wild fermented over a 3 week period and temperature controlled. Racked and blended with 777 for cold stabilization. Frozen unfermented juice set aside for secondary ferment.  Juice blended and capped.

Pinot forward on the nose, Semillon citrus picks up the rear companied with silky bubbles. An unlikely match made in heaven destined for the beach.
