Mourvedre 50%, Grenache 40% and Cinsault 10%... fruit hand picked at sun rise, chilled for 24 hrs, crushed and co-macerated until I say when. Pressed and sat in neutral oak for 6 months. Full-blown malo, unfined and unfiltered. Get excited!
